Withdrawal form
Fill in, send, done. You'll immediately get a confirmation with the date and time.
Your legal cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel (withdraw from) your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After withdrawing, you have another 14 days to return the product. We then refund the full order amount, including the standard shipping costs.
The cooling-off period starts on the day after you — or a third party designated by you — receive the last product of the order. The direct cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
Conditions
During the cooling-off period, handle the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack the product as far as needed to decide whether you want to keep it — just as you would in a shop. Return the product with all supplied accessories and in its original packaging.
⚠ Exception: opened bottles
SPika Oil is a food product. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to products whose seal has been broken after delivery — for reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot take back an opened or used bottle. Unopened, sealed bottles can be withdrawn as normal.
Refunds
After you withdraw, we refund the full purchase amount — including any standard shipping costs of the original delivery — within 14 days at the latest, using the payment method you paid with. We may wait to refund until we have received the product, or until you have shown that you have sent it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I return an opened bottle?
No — SPika Oil is a food product, so once the seal is broken the right of withdrawal no longer applies, for hygiene reasons. Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 14 days.
Do I need to give a reason?
No — you can withdraw within the 14-day legal cooling-off period without giving a reason. You're welcome to tell us why, though; it helps us improve.
Who pays for return shipping?
The direct cost of returning the goods is at your expense. If you withdraw from your full order, you do get the standard shipping costs of the original delivery back.
When will I get my money back?
Within 14 days of your withdrawal at the latest, via your original payment method. We may wait until we've received the parcel or you've sent us proof of shipment.
Where do I send my return?
To SPika Oil / NBC010 BV, Binnenrotte 329, 3011 HB Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Always notify us via the form first — returns without notice cannot be accepted.
